TL;DR
AI Solution Architect (Azure/Copilot): Designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective enterprise AI solutions across Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and modern AI frameworks with an accent on agentic architectures, RAG, automation, and governance. Focus on defining reusable architecture standards, evaluating low-code and pro-code approaches, prototyping AI systems, and balancing scalability, security, speed, and cost.
Location: Remote; listed locations include Bucharest, Romania and Helsinki, Finland
What you will do
- Define AI standards, reference architectures, and reusable design patterns for enterprise solution delivery.
- Design secure, scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient AI architectures and integration strategies.
- Build and guide enterprise AI solutions involving RAG, voice agents, intelligent automation, multi-agent systems, orchestration, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
- Make architecture and technology decisions across Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and modern AI frameworks.
- Remain hands-on through prototypes, proof-of-concepts, technical reviews, MVP delivery, production deployment, and solution scaling.
- Define testing, evaluation, monitoring, observability, governance, responsible AI, and cost optimization approaches while mentoring AI engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development.
- 4+ years of experience designing and delivering AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, or machine learning solutions.
- Strong experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and the Azure platform.
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language, REST API and enterprise application integration, SQL, relational databases, GitHub, and modern software development practices.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search, embeddings, RAG, agent-based architectures, orchestration, and Human-in-the-Loop solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Power Platform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Microsoft Graph API, or Microsoft Fabric experience.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Framework, Qdrant, ChromaDB, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of containers, Docker, Kubernetes, voice AI, conversational AI, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or Express.
