What you will do
- Build and govern a dedicated AI platform for Cost Value Engineering applications and intelligent agents.
- Integrate Central IT’s secure LLMs with engineering databases and low-code platforms.
- Own the technical backlog, delivery pipeline, roadmap, and prioritization of high-impact proof-of-concepts.
- Govern AI deployments, validate technical standards, security, scalability, and business return on investment.
- Guide decentralized use-case teams and enable domain experts to build, test, and deploy secure AI solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, IT systems engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, technical delivery, and AI/ML product lifecycles.
- Strong product ownership experience, including requirements pipelines, backlog refinement, and sprint execution.
- Experience deploying AI frameworks such as RAG and multi-agent architectures in enterprise security environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, responsible AI, governance, security, compliance, and value realization.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with API connectivity and backend service development experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, data pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
- Supply chain or manufacturing experience.
