Salary: $99,600–$169,200 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for Client Onboarding & Enrollments.
• Build scalable Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, triggers, asynchronous processing, and APIs.
• Design secure, resilient integrations with internal and external enterprise platforms using REST APIs, web services, and event-driven patterns.
• Drive CI/CD, source control, automated testing, release management, monitoring, and production support practices.
• Establish engineering standards, address technical debt and performance issues, and ensure operational maintainability.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Security, and Operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and integrations, Salesforce Flow, triggers, asynchronous processing, data modeling, and security.
• Experience with enterprise REST APIs, web services, source control, CI/CD, deployment automation, DevOps, and automated testing.
• Experience troubleshooting performance, integration, data, and production issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer or architecture-related certifications.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations, modernization, Java or microservices integrations, event-driven architecture, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in client onboarding, workflow automation, digital products, or transaction-processing applications in financial services.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and highly regulated enterprise environments.
