What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions and complex integrations with enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build hands-on solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Define the Salesforce technical roadmap with stakeholders and product owners.
• Manage CI/CD, development lifecycle, and production releases.
• Resolve performance, security, and other complex technical issues while mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including significant senior developer or architect experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Proficiency with Salesforce data and security models and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
• Must already have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
