Senior Director, Technical Program Management - International

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States — home office

Salary: $208,000–$416,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Consolidate market and horizontal product strategies into one authoritative international priority stack.
• Manage portfolio visibility, investment scenarios, dependencies, roadmap risks, and operational readiness.
• Frame strategic tradeoffs, quantify impacts, recommend options, convene decision-makers, and track commitments.
• Establish market-readiness standards, identify adoption barriers, coordinate corrective actions, and escalate unresolved gaps.
• Prioritize cross-market data needs and align dependencies with global product roadmaps to accelerate platform convergence.
• Drive transparency, accountability, and alignment across markets and global functions without direct delivery authority.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technical program management, enterprise portfolio management, or large-scale technology transformation.
• Strong business and product acumen, with the ability to translate market strategies into actionable portfolio priorities.
• Deep understanding of technology platforms, data ecosystems, product development, and complex enterprise dependencies.
• Expertise in portfolio governance, investment analysis, risk assessment, and strategic tradeoff management.
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, and analytical skills, with experience influencing senior leadership decisions.
• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area and 8 years of relevant experience; Option 2: 10 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in product design, supervision, and international markets.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
