Workday Integration Analyst (Workday)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship

Salary: $117,400–$161,500 annual base salary

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, and Workday APIs.
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, benefits, recruiting, identity management, learning, and ERP systems.
• Develop advanced, matrix, composite, operational, executive, compliance, and audit reports, dashboards, worksheets, and Discovery Boards.
• Administer Workday domain and business process security policies, security groups, and role- and user-based access.
• Conduct access audits, remediate Segregation of Duties risks, and support compliance and governance activities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and audit teams to troubleshoot issues, improve data quality, and deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration and support experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience with Workday security administration, access controls, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience supporting Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting modules.
• Technical experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON, SFTP, data mapping, root cause analysis, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certifications in Integrations, Reporting, Security, or HCM.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, API Management, IAM, ServiceNow, SAP or ERP integrations, and SFTP/MFT platforms.
• Experience leading Workday release testing and production deployments.
• Payroll or Time Tracking experience.
