Sr Operations Production Controller

Location: West Jefferson, Ohio, United States; onsite distribution center role

Salary: $79,000–$119,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible

What you will do

• Own the daily outbound order-flow execution plan across wave release, allocation, picking, processing, and shipping.
• Make real-time workflow decisions, rebalance labor and system constraints, and protect service commitments.
• Diagnose complex operational flow problems and lead improvement workstreams targeting throughput, cycle time, backlogs, accuracy, and exception reduction.
• Analyze operational data and create dashboards and threshold triggers for proactive performance management.
• Partner with Operations leadership, supervisors, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, and Transportation to resolve systemic flow barriers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP and Catalyst order flow, developing training and reference materials for supervisors, leads, and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in distribution center or warehouse operations with responsibility for complex workflow execution.
• Experience using SAP, Catalyst, or another warehouse management system to manage order flow and resolve exceptions.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations, outbound workflow, safety, compliance, and order flow systems.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead improvement workstreams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience or experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
