Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Develop and manage global allocation plans for CPUs, SSDs, and memory commodities.
• Establish and execute hard and soft allocation policies during constrained supply situations.
• Monitor allocation consumption, supply coverage, excess inventory, and aging risks, adjusting plans to improve business outcomes.
• Lead weekly and monthly allocation reviews with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Product Management, Business Management, Fulfilment, and Sales.
• Build statistical and financial models, dashboards, metrics, and analytical tools to evaluate performance and support business decisions.
• Develop business plans, identify market trends and opportunities, and lead complex cross-functional planning projects.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
• Experience with analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, statistics, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Python, R, SQL, or Tableau.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams or projects and solving complex business problems.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
