Senior Analyst, Deployment (Supply Chain)

Location: Chicago/Aon Center, United States

Salary: $89,800–$112,200 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the deployment Champions process, including project reviews, initiative tracking, and accountability for savings delivery.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives focused on waste reduction, excess inventory redeployment, distribution strategies, and mode mix.
• Drive seasonal strategy planning and support forward-looking deployment plans based on demand, capacity, and network constraints.
• Manage digital deployment tools, improve adoption, and use data analytics to support performance visibility and decision-making.
• Oversee monthly deployment financial reporting, consolidate metrics, analyze variances, and provide actionable leadership insights.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Warehousing to develop best practices and improve enterprise-wide deployment performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven approach with a total-cost and total-supply-chain perspective.
• Ability to drive results and collaborate effectively across functions and management levels.
• Ability to work at the Chicago/Aon Center location.

• Planner or scheduler experience.
