Salary: $125,850–$213,950 per year

What you will do

• Lead business analysis for large-scale, complex initiatives involving the Systematics ALS lending application.
• Define system scope, objectives, business requirements, and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams supporting COBOL-based mainframe applications and GUI front-end solutions.
• Evaluate business processes, ROI, cost-benefit considerations, and the impact of system changes.
• Develop or modify information systems and create and execute test plans, test cases, and acceptance testing.
• Train employees and clients while mentoring less experienced Business Systems Analysts.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hirify.global Systematics products and expert knowledge of ALS (Advanced Lending System).
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and experience with loan operations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end software development life cycles.
• Proficiency in requirements definition, solution design, test planning, and test execution.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience.
