Customer Engagement Senior Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

Salary: $62,000–$90,000 annually

What you will do

• Support the full system lifecycle across customer engagement, sales opportunities, requirements gathering, solution review, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Partner with technical teams to design, configure, test, deliver, and document end-to-end processing solutions.
• Validate batch fulfillment system setup and output against customer requirements.
• Communicate directly with customers to audit results and coordinate resolution of delivery issues.
• Coordinate resources and ensure program dates and deliverables are met.
• Analyze how industry changes affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional experience.
• Ability to translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data and ETL concepts.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement with at least two days per week in an assigned hirify.global office.

• Experience in financial services, credit reporting, or direct marketing.
