Analyst III, Workday ERP

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $88,000–$132,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, project teams, IT, vendors, and architects to gather, validate, and translate business requirements.
• Lead business cases and requirements documentation aligned with system strategy and organizational goals.
• Drive solution delivery from requirements through implementation and post-deployment optimization.
• Analyze and improve business processes and systems, with a focus on Workday automation and user experience.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, and technical teams on solution design, performance validation, testing, and implementation.
• Mentor other analysts and promote continuous learning across business processes and technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Five or more years of related experience, including at least three years with Workday.
• Experience with Workday PSA and Financials modules.
• IIBA certification or equivalent business analysis experience.
• Experience in business or systems analysis, process or system design and implementation, and system life cycle management.
• Strong facilitation, communication, initiative, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Time and Expense, and other Workday modules.
• Workday PRO certifications.
• Software systems selection experience.
• Project management or project coordination experience.
