Specialist - Production Control (ERP/MRP)

Location: MA - Beverly Brimbal, United States. Onsite, full-time position with no travel. Applicants must be US citizens, permanent US residents, or protected individuals under 8 USC 1324b(a)(3).

Annual base salary: $46,000–$128,000 USD, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Manage the flow of direct materials through the assigned production factory.
• Create and release production orders and purchase requisitions to support the master schedule.
• Provide materials responsibility for assembly, testing, machining, and subcontracting vendors.
• Identify material shortages, monitor corrective action plans, and manage obsolete, non-conforming, and excess inventory.
• Monitor production-plan performance, schedule adherence, work-order completion, and system lead times.
• Maintain ERP data through date management, exception-message analysis, and accurate transaction processing while coordinating with Operations, Quality, Planning, and Operations Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and at least 2 years of manufacturing or supply-chain experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of sourcing or materials-planning experience.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and proficiency with AX-2012.
• Experience with materials planning, including forecasting, SIOP, MRP, build plans, MPS, and work-order execution.
• Experience with inventory management, cycle counts, gross versus net inventory, turns versus DOH, and optimization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status is required for US export-control access; immigration sponsorship is not available.
