Analytics And Insights Lead (Enterprise Operations Enablement Data & Analytics)

Location: Hybrid in Buffalo, NY; onsite four days per week and remote one day per week. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of 575 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203.

Salary: $74,600–$124,400 annual USD.

What you will do

• Advise business leaders with data-driven insights, recommendations, and decision support.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and develop analytical solutions.
• Lead complex analyses of trends, risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and operational processes.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, KPIs, and performance measurement solutions.
• Translate analytical findings into compelling business narratives and executive-level recommendations.
• Lead initiatives involving process improvement, operational efficiency, automation, business transformation, and value measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, consulting, process improvement, business intelligence, project management, or a related field.
• Experience with complex quantitative and business analysis, performance measurement frameworks, and strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create data-driven narratives and translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Ability to work onsite four days per week in Buffalo, NY, with residence within commuting distance of the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with banking operations, financial services, or operational support functions.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Copilot, or similar tools.
