Decision Analytics Associate Consultant (Business Analytics & Insights)

Location: Hybrid work in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Princeton, New Jersey; New York, New York; or Boston, Massachusetts, United States. The role combines work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop analytical frameworks and statistical approaches for complex business problems.
• Use data and analytic techniques to guide client and project-team decisions.
• Design and interpret analyses using SQL, Python, R, Excel, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and AI-assisted visualization tools.
• Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and communicate results through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, manage project deliverables and status updates, and serve as a key project contact.
• Guide and mentor Associates and analytical teams while identifying opportunities to apply emerging analytics and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience.
• Experience connecting analytical insights to business strategy and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing decisions in a client-facing, consulting, or business-partner role.
• Ability to guide workstreams, mentor junior team members, and provide analytical direction.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without now or future employer sponsorship are required.
