Business Analytics Manager, Credit Line Increase Program (Fintech)

Location: Remote, United States; ability to travel approximately 4+ times per year for in-person collaboration.

Annual full-time base salary: $140,000–$160,000, plus eligibility for annual incentive and equity programs.

What you will do

• Own the outcomes and long-term strategy of the Credit Line Increase Program for existing cardholders.
• Analyze customer behavior, underwriting criteria, risk, pricing, and financial performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Run market tests and use results to guide investment and future testing priorities.
• Develop actionable strategies, financial impact models, and customer lifetime value models.
• Collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and capital markets to bring strategies to market.
• Guide and mentor analysts and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional analytical projects from start to finish.
• Experience guiding or mentoring other analysts.
• Comfort working with SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
• Must be based in the United States and able to travel approximately 4+ times per year; hirify.global does not sponsor new applicant employment authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with credit cards or other consumer lending products.
• Experience scaling a business in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong SQL or Python skills.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or Cursor.
