Service Delivery Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate frontline and global service delivery staff to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate daily huddles, staffing assignments, workflow priorities, and queue aging.
• Monitor dashboards and adjust workflows to achieve turnaround time, on-time delivery, SLA, and quality goals.
• Perform quality checks, identify error patterns, and retrain employees on standard operating procedures.
• Enforce HIPAA and Release of Information compliance standards and escalate privacy or operational risks.
• Partner with the Service Delivery Manager on staffing, onboarding, performance improvement, skills development, and technology-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in a production-based or healthcare operations environment.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and Release of Information compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach performance, provide feedback, and build team engagement.
• Comfort working with dashboards, metrics, and workflow tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process discipline.
• Strong written, verbal, and video communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Experience in a metric-driven environment.
• Experience training and developing team members.
