Senior Product Manager (AI Marketplace)

Salary: $200,000–$287,500 per year

What you will do

• Define the product strategy for an AI-first marketplace and align product, engineering, developer relations, partner engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for third-party AI agents, MCPs, Semantic Views, and future AI products.
• Design pricing, packaging, usage- and outcome-based billing, committed-spend models, and partner revenue-sharing structures.
• Prototype listing workflows, build partner integrations, and use telemetry and generative tools to prioritize the roadmap.
• Drive partner supply growth, enterprise adoption, platform consumption, and overall business metrics.
• Collaborate with leaders across platform capabilities, governance, identity, engineering, product, and business development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including taking AI, developer platform, or infrastructure products from 0-to-1 through commercial adoption.
• Experience building two-sided markets such as developer platforms, API marketplaces, enterprise app stores, or partner ecosystems.
• Experience designing meter-based consumption, usage- or outcome-based pricing, committed-spend drawdowns, and multi-sided revenue distribution.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI agent stacks, including MCP, agent-to-agent protocols, tool calling, semantic layers, and non-human identity or delegation mechanisms.
• Ability to define new product categories and execute hypothesis-driven roadmaps in highly ambiguous environments.
• Background in cloud marketplaces, AI platform ecosystems, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
