Product Manager, Agent (AI)

Location: Remote across the Americas; async-first environment

Salary: $137,000–$156,000 USD annually, with compensation zones ranging from $137,000–$156,000 to $164,400–$187,200 depending on market and experience

What you will do

• Own the product experience of the agent and make it competitive, helpful, and effective for AI-first marketers.
• Collaborate with the agent team, other product managers, and engineering squads to integrate the agent across the platform.
• Identify and resolve customer friction using data, experimentation, and customer insight.
• Define and track success metrics for activation, retention, and monetization.
• Partner with Marketing, CX, Design, and Engineering to scope and deliver customer-focused improvements.
• Communicate priorities and progress clearly across teams and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS.
• Experience using or developing AI-powered tooling; experience with agentic products is beneficial.
• Demonstrated success improving activation or retention metrics.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with comfort working through ambiguity.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Marketing, CX, Design, and Engineering.
• Clear communication, customer empathy, autonomy, and comfort in a remote, async-first environment.

• Previous product management experience with an agentic experience.
