Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada, with locations listed as Toronto or Montreal

Salary: CAD 122,000–179,300 annual base salary, with potential bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Revit Core capabilities.
• Lead product direction for APIs, agentic workflows, MCP, and extensibility.
• Move Revit from file-based import and export toward open, granular data and integrate with the AEC Data Model.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leaders on cloud engines, platform modernization, and developer services.
• Prototype, test, and validate product ideas using AI tools and evidence-based decision-making.
• Work with AEC firms, developers, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to define workflows and priorities.

Requirements

• Product management experience with APIs, developer platforms, cloud services, AI products, or complex enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products, agentic workflows, or developer tooling, with an AI-native approach to work.
• Strong technical fluency and credibility with software developers and architects.
• Experience leading ambiguous, cross-team initiatives from problem definition through adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience managing stakeholders, risk, and uncertainty while collaborating with global teams.

Nice to have

• API experience or prior software development experience.
• Experience with AEC, CAD, BIM, or design software.
• Familiarity with open standards such as IFC or with managing large volumes of data.
• Experience with agile or Scrum methodologies.
