Technical Business Analyst Associate Director

What you will do

• Lead technology onboarding projects from ideation through deployment, including timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Analyze business and technical needs, evaluate costs, benefits, and risks, and recommend solution alternatives.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications, acceptance criteria, user experience requirements, and validation plans.
• Lead and contribute to system enhancements, automations, integrations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and user training for new systems and technologies.
• Perform root-cause analysis and interpret vendor solution architecture for integration with hirify.global systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, communications, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, or healthcare field plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma/GED.
• Experience documenting business, operational, technical, product, and engineering requirements.
• Understanding of digital product technologies, systems engineering, Agile product methodologies, and system analysis.
• Strong communication, facilitation, planning, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, navigate conflict, and maintain attention to detail.
• Must already have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship, visa transfer, and F-1 STEM OPT extension support are not available.

Nice to have

• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner, or willingness to obtain it within one year.
