3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Fort Smith, Arkansas, United States. Third shift: 10:45 p.m.–6:45 a.m., Monday–Friday.

What you will do

• Coordinate plant equipment, personnel, and production processes to meet demand, quality, cost, and productivity targets.
• Prepare production schedules, manage inventory service levels, and handle timekeeping and HR-related tasks for assigned employees.
• Identify production deficiencies and implement equipment, facility, and process improvements.
• Lead, train, and support employees while enforcing company policies and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product and equipment issues and drive structured problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience, or an associate degree and at least 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, Kronos, shopfloor displays, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP is preferred.
