Supervisor, Operations Management Weekend 2nd Shift (Aerospace)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, US; onsite weekend 2nd shift schedule, 3/12 (12-hour days, 3 days per week); 10% travel.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate weekend shift operations to achieve production or service goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees while conducting shift meetings and providing clear direction.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Resolve operational issues, communicate shift performance and priorities, and coordinate with management and supporting departments.
• Review operational metrics, support training, and contribute to continuous improvement and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of prior manufacturing experience; alternatively, at least 6 years of prior manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a production or operations environment.
• Ability to obtain a US secret security clearance.
• Ability to work the weekend 2nd shift on a 3/12 schedule.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience with composite manufacturing in the aerospace industry.
