Logistics Coordinator (SAP)

Location: Tastepoint Langhorne, PA, USA; onsite warehouse operations

What you will do

• Monitor sales orders and inventory levels to support timely shipments.
• Create shipments in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, and verify shipment accuracy.
• Schedule shipments with carriers and customers and send pickup requests.
• Expedite shipments and resolve SAP or inventory issues that could delay orders.
• Work with Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve shipment problems and provide vacation coverage within the department.

Requirements

• Experience with computerized inventory and shipping systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong problem-solving, numeracy, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, learn computer skills, and contribute as a team member.
• English fluency required.
• High school diploma or GED and availability for overtime when needed.
