Planning Manager – Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)

Location: On-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation is not authorized.

Expected compensation: $188,251–$230,084, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead global Distribution Requirements Planning strategy and continuous improvement across processes, people, tools, and KPIs.
• Evaluate inventory, freight, and handling costs to determine optimal distribution network design.
• Coordinate with logistics on distribution center capacity, freight requirements, and inbound and outbound volumes.
• Oversee finished goods inventory management and track performance against inventory targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• At least six years of combined experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical, communication, financial, and change management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Distribution Requirements Planning, SAP, and Kinaxis.
• ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP.
• Experience with planning systems, master data management, and data analysis tools.
