Warehouse Logistics Coordinator (Inventory Control)

Location: Miami, FL, USA; onsite warehouse role

Compensation: USD 24–26 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate site inventory processes, transactions, daily closings, and inventory system controls.
• Plan and control cyclical and general inventory counts and consolidate daily results.
• Reconcile theoretical inventory balances with customers and investigate, document, and correct discrepancies.
• Track inventory differences and shrinkage against contractual requirements.
• Work with vendors, issue purchase orders, and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide customer support and complete additional responsibilities assigned by the Site Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of inventory control experience in a high-volume 3PL warehouse environment.
• Experience with SAP, TMS, and WMS systems.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office, especially Excel v-lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, handle materials, use a computer, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of freight processes, including dispatch and inbound operations.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
