Senior Manager, People Partner (AI)

Location: Seattle, United States

Base salary: $165,000–$225,000 USD per year, with potential eligibility for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Advise senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability and recognize excellence.
• Scale the company culture across diverse teams while reinforcing innovation, ownership, transparency, and urgency.
• Use people data and trends to recommend proactive solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a People Partner, ideally in a high-growth technology startup or AI/cloud infrastructure environment.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and build scalable processes from the ground up with urgency.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to transparency and trust.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive solutions through execution.
