Office and Human Resources Coordinator (AI Manufacturing)

Location: Florence, Kentucky, United States. On-site night-shift role, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Lead employee engagement initiatives, events, recognition programs, surveys, and follow-up actions for night-shift teams.
• Conduct employee investigations, including interviews, documentation, and recommendations to HR leadership.
• Run new-hire orientations and coordinate onboarding logistics, including badges, equipment, and workspace setup.
• Respond to workplace injuries using OSHA guidelines, determine whether to treat, document, or escalate, and maintain incident records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and coordinate with benefits providers, production supervisors, and HR leadership.
• Support contingent workforce documentation, policy communications, HR projects, and office and HR material management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR experience, including experience supporting production or manufacturing employees.
• Experience conducting employee investigations and handling sensitive information discreetly.
• Working knowledge of OSHA workplace-injury requirements, first-response decisions, and recordkeeping.
• Experience leading new-hire orientations or onboarding programs.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with production employees and supervisors.
• Ability to work the night shift Monday through Friday at the on-site Florence, Kentucky facility.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training, or First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience with contingent workforce processes or staffing agencies.
