Senior Director/Director, Talent Acquisition & Culture - Engineering

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States

Base pay range: $200,000–$330,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Shape and execute the global technical recruiting strategy for the Engineering organization.
• Lead and develop a global team spanning recruiting, talent programs, operations, and events.
• Personally lead selected senior, business-critical, and hard-to-fill technical searches from sourcing through close.
• Advise the CTO and Engineering leaders on hiring plans, talent needs, priorities, and stakeholder alignment.
• Build and scale university recruiting, internship, and new-graduate programs.
• Strengthen campus employer branding and contribute to hirify.global’s broader employer brand.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years managing people.
• Demonstrated success leading technical recruiting in a fast-moving, high-performing organization.
• Experience building, coaching, and developing global talent teams across recruiting, programs, and events.
• Proven ability to attract, assess, and close senior technical candidates and hard-to-fill hires.
• Experience advising senior Engineering leaders across geographies and influencing complex decisions.
• Strong business acumen, analytical judgment, discretion, and ability to partner with HR or legal teams on sensitive matters.
