Director, Talent Acquisition

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Texas, United States. Other location: San Bruno, California.

Base salary: $180,000–$270,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and scale talent acquisition capabilities for engineering, clinical, business, and technical teams.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive leadership roles and partner with C-suite stakeholders on sourcing and selection.
• Advise leadership and HR Business Partners on organization design and talent management.
• Partner with Marketing to develop employer branding initiatives for the health technology sector.
• Lead and mentor a global recruiting team while setting standards for candidate experience and recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience recruiting software engineering, data science, or machine learning talent at a technology or health technology company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing recruiter capacity models, pipeline forecasting, and headcount planning with finance, operations, and leadership.
• Experience leading and closing executive-level searches in direct partnership with C-suite stakeholders.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
