Engineering Program Manager (Semiconductor): Driving the development and production of analog, mixed-signal, power-management, sensor, and RF IC products from concept through volume manufacturing with an accent on cross-functional execution, program planning, and quality targets. Focus on managing silicon, IP, and package development, mitigating risks and capacity constraints, and ensuring predictable delivery across global engineering and operations teams.

Salary: $118,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

Drive end-to-end program execution across silicon, IP, and package development from concept through volume manufacturing.
Develop integrated program plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, critical paths, and quality targets.
Coordinate engineering, packaging, manufacturing, verification, quality, supply chain, product, and commercial teams.
Track KPIs, resource utilization, risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints while driving mitigation and escalation.
Prepare data-driven status reporting, facilitate executive reviews, and support decision-making.
Improve program management processes, dashboards, tools, governance, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor IP, product, or process development and 3+ years in program or technical project management.
Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs and working with global, distributed teams.
Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Excel.
Understanding of automotive development flows and deliverables, including AEC-Q100 and PPAP/APQP.
Experience managing OSAT supplier relationships, performance, quality, capacity, cost, and execution.

Nice to have

Experience with 55LPx CMOS or similar process nodes.
Background in packaging or test engineering.
Experience with Supplier Quality Management.
