Infrastructure Engineer Sr (Wireless Network)

Location: Hybrid role with weekly in-office work required at a hirify.global technology hub in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Birmingham, AL; or Farmers Branch, TX.

Base salary: $110,110–$204,490 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, maintain, and support Aruba enterprise wireless networks across hirify.global.
• Provide third-tier engineering and troubleshoot wireless, switching, routing, and authentication systems.
• Develop automation and support infrastructure, platform, and hardware engineering initiatives.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure network solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and high quality.
• Manage incidents and changes while integrating customer needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience and typically a university or college degree; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Expertise in Aruba enterprise wireless network design, deployment, and support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across wireless, switching, routing, and authentication systems.
• Deep understanding of 802.11 standards, RF principles, roaming behavior, and wireless security.
• Knowledge of automation, cloud computing, infrastructure as code, Linux, virtualization, system administration, and performance tuning.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
