Planner II - (B2) (Production Control)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States. Onsite production control role; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $64,000–$88,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage SAP MRP production and work order schedules for manufacturing and engineering requirements.
• Monitor MRP planning activities and align supply with demand.
• Conduct material readiness reviews, shortage analysis, and inventory variance analysis.
• Coordinate engineering change implementation and material disposition activities.
• Maintain SAP master data, planning parameters, and lead times.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material, WIP, inventory, and scheduling issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in production control, materials planning, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of MRP planning processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas; relocation is not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or complex manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of engineering change management, inventory control, and manufacturing execution processes.
• Experience collaborating across multiple functional organizations to drive operational results.
