Project & Program Management III

Location: Fremont, California, United States; office-related physical tasks may include prolonged sitting or standing and moving within the office.

Salary: $80,640–$134,400 USD gross base pay per year, excluding bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Lead emergent and long-term projects from intake and scoping through execution, delivery, retrospectives, and closeout.
• Receive, assess, prioritize, and route operational issues and strategic opportunities to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, workshops, working sessions, and rapid iteration cycles.
• Drive process improvement, waste elimination, automation, AI-powered solutions, and tooling enhancements.
• Lead operational crisis response, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and resolution efforts.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and provide structured status updates and executive summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 4–6 years of program management, project management, or operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong written and verbal communication, data analytics, prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving automation, process improvement, or AI integration initiatives and influencing change without direct authority.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent project or program management certification.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, data center operations, or edge computing.
• Change management certification or equivalent experience, such as Prosci or ADKAR.
