Talent Partner (AI Recruiting)

Location: Remote, United States; based in the United States. Occasional travel may be requested.

Base compensation: $57,960–$107,640 per year.

What you will do

• Lead role-calibration and intake discussions with hiring managers, defining requirements, sourcing strategies, interview plans, and timelines.
• Build and manage talent pipelines through direct sourcing, applications, referrals, networking, market research, and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct structured candidate screens and present calibrated shortlists with assessment notes and market insights.
• Guide hiring teams through interviews, feedback, debriefs, selection, and equitable decision-making.
• Partner with Compensation and People Strategy on competitive and internally equitable offers.
• Maintain recruiting data, report pipeline progress and risks, and support candidates and hiring managers through pre-boarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or embedded recruiting environment.
• Experience leading hiring-manager intake meetings, advising stakeholders, sourcing passive talent, and building pipelines.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across different functions, priorities, and stakeholder groups.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, structured interviews, and offer processes.
• Ability to use data and market information to communicate hiring risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Basic familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, along with clear communication, sound judgment, and strong follow-through.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience recruiting across pharmacy services, healthcare, marketing, legal, finance, or related corporate functions.
• Experience with high-volume, hard-to-fill, or contractually committed hiring needs.
• Experience with talent insights, recruiting analytics, structured interviewing, skills-based hiring, or generative AI tools.
