Talent Acquisition Partner, Americas

Location: Remote, US-based role; listed site: Cedar Creek, Texas. Occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $89,680–$140,125 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening through offers and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders across the Americas.
• Recruit for commercial and operations roles, including supply chain and manufacturing.
• Build talent pipelines and networks across corporate and operations talent pools.
• Use labor-market insights, candidate intelligence, metrics, and data storytelling to shape hiring strategies.
• Apply applicant tracking systems and AI-enabled tools while improving compliant and scalable recruitment practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience across multiple disciplines and levels.
• Experience recruiting for both corporate and operations roles.
• Strong consultative communication and ability to influence leaders, including executives.
• Excellent sourcing, networking, market research, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI-driven technology.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial or operations recruiting.
• Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, analytical instrumentation, medical technology, or another regulated, science-driven industry.
