What you will do
- Ramp up on recruiting processes, tools, interview philosophy, and supported roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition stakeholders through structured intake meetings and proactive communication.
- Conduct recruiter screens and interviews for high-volume requisitions.
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through inbound review, sourcing, outreach, referrals, and talent relationship management.
- Move candidates efficiently through the hiring funnel while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Provide timely communication, interview preparation, clear expectations, and thoughtful follow-up.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including high-volume hiring.
- Experience conducting structured recruiter screens or interviews and evaluating candidates against defined qualifications.
- Experience building candidate pipelines, managing recruiting activity in an applicant tracking system, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Experience recruiting for multiple roles or functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems such as Ashby or comparable platforms.
- Experience as a contract recruiter, agency recruiter, or embedded recruiting partner.
