What you will do

• Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, logistics, milestones, and monthly owner reports.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, pay applications, subcontractor change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and collaborate with the superintendent, site operations team, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise and coach assistant project managers, administrative support, MEP managers, and safety team members.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development by discussing customer needs and relevant company services.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred, though additional experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, JD Edwards, or comparable project software.
• Advanced ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, customer service, and multitasking skills.
