Senior Scheduler (Pharmaceutical Construction)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States; hybrid on-site at the pharmaceutical project.

Salary: $108,000–$145,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project deliverables through work breakdown structures.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between project partners.
• Align schedules with execution plans, contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in project scheduling.
• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience and the ability to interpret and communicate findings.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Working experience with Primavera P6.
• Availability for hybrid on-site work at the pharmaceutical project in Richmond, Virginia.
