What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and integrate project schedules for multiple small or medium-scale construction projects.
• Coordinate schedules across project managers, field leaders, engineers, procurement teams, commissioning teams, trade partners, and other stakeholders.
• Perform forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow projections, critical path analysis, and schedule-driven reporting.
• Lead schedule progress meetings, identify timeline and resource risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support integration of engineering design and construction schedules from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Contribute to claims management, impact reporting, process improvements, and schedule governance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including experience with medium-scale projects.
• Associate degree or higher in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Outbuild, and/or other Gantt charting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with effective communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing project needs, and recommend pragmatic solutions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified.

Nice to have

• Procore, Outbuild, or Microsoft Project certification and training.
• Associate or higher education in construction or engineering.
• Industry certifications, advanced scheduling training, and knowledge of procurement and construction terminology.
