Business Supply Chain Senior Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; required to work at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center. Travel may include up to 25% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected compensation: $221,591–$270,834, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Translate business objectives into enterprise supply chain requirements and end-to-end operational plans.
• Lead division-specific improvement projects across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.
• Identify actions that improve service, quality, cost, cash, and reliability.
• Manage product lifecycle and portfolio excellence with division and enterprise supply chain partners.
• Partner with technical leaders on new product development, scale-up, and launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least five years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• At least three years of experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to comply with U.S. export control requirements and provide information needed to assess U.S. person status.

Nice to have

• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, change management, and business acumen, including P&L management.
• Production, operations, value stream leadership, or new product launch experience.
• Experience with third-party vendors, diverse international teams, or film-based manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
