What you will do

• Manage a caseload of customers and coordinate child care referrals from authorized sources.
• Enroll categorically eligible children in appropriate child care settings.
• Explain parental rights, responsibilities, attendance requirements, and Personal Responsibility Agreement terms.
• Track attendance, service utilization, client eligibility, demographics, and case information in designated systems.
• Coordinate with parents, providers, workforce staff, and management on services, agreements, reimbursements, and inquiries.
• Refer suspected fraud or misuse and assist with quality assurance monitoring and responses.

Requirements

• Two years of directly related progressively responsible work experience or an equivalent combination of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work across management and staff levels and relate effectively to clients.
• Knowledge of community resources and demonstrated cultural sensitivity.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn specialized databases and software.
