Claims Analyst III

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $60,800–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Review claims for irregularities, accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.
• Request missing information and coordinate claim documentation, invoice disputes, and payments.
• Analyze accounts and research payment and account discrepancies.
• Identify transactions, resolve claims issues, and escalate only the most complex cases.
• Support claims-system monitoring, process improvements, and implementation of new features.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of experience.
• Strong understanding of claims processing and claim eligibility decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, data entry skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute, use a 10-key keypad, and work independently and collaboratively.
