Operations Lead (Crypto)

hirify.global Labs is a NYC-based unicorn startup building hirify.global, an EVM blockchain designed for trading, and incubating a new US-regulated exchange.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end trade capture, booking, clearing interfaces, daily clearing files, statements, and confirmations.
• Run daily trade, position, margin, fee, and cash reconciliations and resolve operational breaks.
• Manage margin processing, margin calls, settlements, customer liquidations, and position reductions with Risk.
• Operate fiat and stablecoin deposits and withdrawals, bank and depository movements, dual-control approvals, and required funding transfers.
• Own account opening and maintenance after KYC/AML approval, customer statements, tax-document workflows, and operational escalations.
• Build procedures, controls, reporting, vendor operations, incident management, business continuity, and launch readiness while supporting regulatory examinations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressively responsible futures or clearing operations experience.
• Hands-on experience across execution, clearing, settlement, reporting, position management, and margin processing.
• Working knowledge of FCM obligations, including customer-funds segregation, daily segregation computations, and books and records.
• Clean regulatory record with no NFA or FINRA disciplinary history.
• Strong process and control design skills, plus data fluency in SQL or advanced Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Engineering in a 0-to-1 environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with fiat and stablecoin funding rails, crypto custody, 24/7 markets, or perpetual futures.
• Risk operations experience, including pre-trade limits and liquidation workflows.
• Experience launching an FCM, broker-dealer, or product line.
• Familiarity with FIS GMI, Rolfe & Nolan, Broadridge, ION, or CME clearing tools.
• Series 3 or equivalent registration.
