Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist 2 (Commercial Lending)

What you will do

• Support operational activities across specialty commercial loan servicing portfolios.
• Analyze complex servicing requests and transactions to identify risks, impacts, and appropriate resolutions.
• Partner with business partners and line-of-business leaders to support client and operational needs.
• Perform and review reconciliations that support financial and operational integrity.
• Evaluate non-routine transactions, manage exceptions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Identify and implement process improvements that improve efficiency, service quality, and risk management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial loan operations, loan servicing, or a related banking environment.
• Experience with commercial lending products and servicing processes.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to assess operational impacts and risks, manage competing priorities, and learn new business lines quickly.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
