What you will do

• Analyze, contain, resolve, and proactively communicate regional spare-part supply risks.
• Develop customer communication packages describing identified risks and potential business impact.
• Process large supply, escalation, and customer datasets into analyses, recommendations, and executive summaries.
• Assess spare-part risks, customer impact, and prioritization for early action with purchasing and commodity teams.
• Manage cross-functional Operations projects and establish consistent fulfillment processes, tools, and governance.
• Prepare stakeholder status reports, ensure follow-through, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with working knowledge of customer order fulfillment systems and tools such as SAP.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, understand supply and demand signals, solve fulfillment problems, and improve processes.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor equipment industry and customer expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Clear and professional written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, work in a matrixed organization, manage complex communications, and build effective customer and partner relationships.
