Director, Program Management (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $160,000–$240,000 annual starting salary, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus and equity incentive plan.

hirify.global is a biopharma company developing a disease-agnostic, fully integrated network biology platform using genetics, proteomics, structural biology, and AI to improve drug development.

What you will do

• Translate company goals and program strategies into actionable plans with measurable deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional meetings for advanced programs, including decision-making, risk assessments, timelines, and cost planning.
• Create master program timelines and project plans to coordinate activities through completion.
• Manage research and communications with external collaborators, strategic research alliances, industry partners, and CROs.
• Build a high-performing program management team as therapeutic programs advance through IND submission and into the clinic.
• Establish program management best practices and improve company-wide operational procedures, documentation, and data organization.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Life Sciences; an advanced degree and previous bench science experience are preferred.
• At least 10 years of related experience with a BS, or 8 years with an advanced degree, in biotech or pharma.
• Formal education, training, or certification in project or program management, such as PMP or CAPM.
• Experience managing complex programs in a matrixed environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project and program management software, including Smartsheet and Office Timeline or comparable timeline tools.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at a startup.
• Experience managing IND-enabling studies and preparing related documents.
