IT Support Coordinator

Location: Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The office is located at 60 Bloor Street W, Toronto.

Salary: CAD 55,000–65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technical support requests.
• Resolve Level 1 issues involving computers, email, Wi-Fi, printers, accounts, and passwords.
• Respond to IT tickets and provide timely issue resolution.
• Set up laptops and other devices for new employees and maintain IT equipment records.
• Support basic networking issues and technology setups for new retail stores.
• Visit nearby stores and move equipment such as monitors and TVs when required.

Requirements

• Foundational IT knowledge gained through formal education, work experience, or internships.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Office 365, or Slack.
• Comfort using Windows and Mac computers.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and instruction-following skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools and to lift and move IT equipment.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week in the Toronto office and visit nearby stores when required.
