Product Builder (AI)

Location: Remote, USA

Supports more than 250 home health, hospice, senior living, and home care operations across 19 US states through centralized clinical, legal, HR, IT, and compliance services.

What you will do

• Own feature architecture, including system design, component contracts, data models, APIs, and implementation constraints.
• Define program structure, test seams, call stacks, component dependencies, and incremental vertical slices before implementation.
• Direct AI coding agents, evaluate generated code, and identify correctness, security, maintainability, and architectural issues.
• Review pull requests, CI/CD checks, unit tests, security controls, and static analysis results.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, platform architects, and clinical stakeholders from technical kickoff through release readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building and shipping production software and designing systems, data models, APIs, and component contracts.
• Strong code review skills and judgment regarding correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Working knowledge of automated testing strategy, CI/CD pipelines, version control, static analysis, and dependency scanning.
• Ability to decompose features into incremental, independently reviewable slices and communicate with non-engineering partners.
• Ability to work with protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and internal data governance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience directing AI coding agents or using AI-assisted development tools.
• Healthcare technology experience, especially in home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, third-party clinical or operational platforms, monorepos, and shared CI/CD infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating AI-driven product features and defining evaluation criteria and test cases.
