Scheduling Lead (Primavera P6)

Location: Hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, or Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full scope, milestones, timelines, and critical path.
• Define project ownership and responsibilities using Work Breakdown Structure methodology.
• Manage integrated schedules, baselines, periodic updates, resource loading, and schedule reviews.
• Analyze and report schedule progress while coordinating timelines and interdependencies among project partners.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions and support Risk Analysis workshops and the QRA process.
• Lead and mentor the scheduling team while developing scheduling best practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience on life sciences or mission critical projects.
• Experience working with Primavera P6 software.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management, construction, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Boston, MA, or Portsmouth, NH.
